Why I should have an opinion
Where I learned the business
Early in my career I worked for Aaron Sansoni, Australia’s #1 business mentor, and that’s where I learned how business is built. In 4 years I grew from a junior to General Manager of his largest business, which focused on live events and business coaching.
Most of those hours were spent backstage. During my time with him I delivered more than 115 live events for over 56,000 attendees. So I deeply understand our industry.
Now I focus on partnering with businesses that need help growing, and I do that through new partnerships & optimisations. The exact same way I have built my group, Headliner Group.
My goal is to be in business with, or partnered into, every area of live events and production in Australia.
the thing I actually believe
Partners, not suppliers
Almost everyone in this industry runs the same way on every job. Three quotes, take the cheapest, squeeze it, do it again next event. It saves money on that job. It costs you everything after it, because the suppliers you swap in and out owe you nothing in an emergency.
If you partner properly you get the things that will actually affect long term growth. More revenue, margin, reach and connection.
